Megan
Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE). She received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from Cal Poly Pomona. She was raised in Palo Cedro, CA surrounded by an active lifestyle involving years of volleyball, track and field and long distance running experience, which initially led to her career in fitness. Her own personal challenges have given her the determination to help others reach their fitness goals and assist them in living an active style. Motivated by family and an eagerness to help people in her local Redding community, she is a strong believer in the life changing benefits and preventative effects of exercise.

Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a proud Redding local. When she first began her fitness journey, she found herself wary of the gym with limited knowledge of fitness or nutrition. With many questions about the fitness world, Emily’s interest quickly turned into a passion for exercise and a balanced lifestyle. Emily’s mission is to provide education, support, and accountability to others and make the gym feel less intimidating. She is committed to empowering clients to achieve their goals by building healthy daily habits – cheering you on every step of the way.
