Individualized Programming

Each client is different and unique; meaning they need a program that fits them and their specific needs.

Together we will create a program that fits your goals and your lifestyle, while being aware of past injuries and medical history.

With each 50 minute session, you will complete effective workouts with clear instruction without compensating form and effectiveness.

Alongside training, we will discuss nutrition, habits, sleep patterns, mentality and more. Because overall health is not created solely in the gym.

“Where do I begin? Megan changed my life. Before Megan, I had worked out with 4 other trainers and nothing seemed to "click" for me. In 6 weeks, Eva lost 8lbs, lowered her body fat by 3.2% and lost 2.5 inches off her waist! Six weeks may not seem that long, but it makes a difference!

In a little less than 10 months, she has dropped from a size 10 to a size 6!! She is one of the most disciplined and hard working women that I am privileged to work with.

For Alyssa, it wasn't about the numbers. She just wanted to live a healthier life. Despite uncontrollable unfortunate events, she continued to persevere and work hard in every session! She continued to work on her nutrition and her workouts outside of the gym. Hard work will always pay off.
