In Person training

In person training is available for those located in the Redding area. Sessions are 30-50 minutes face to face with a trainer and are geared towards your personal goals.

Virtual Training

Virtual Training is a combination of meeting with a trainer online and working individually toward your goals. This is a great option if you are located out of area or you are needing to fit in exercise to your busy schedule.
